- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- 7 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.
- Experience delivering digital transformation projects to global organizations.
- Ability to hold and maintain a Top Secret national security clearance is required.
Preferred qualifications:
- CAPM/PMP Certification.
- 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience leading professional services teams including practice management and operations, methodology development, business development support, pre-sales, executive relationship management, and managing delivery of complex professional services engagements.
