Responsibilities:

• Manage simulation models and analyses to inform senior executive management of a range of financial outcomes taking into consideration macro drivers, business drivers and initiatives across P&L, Balance Sheet and Capital
• Create impactful visuals and explanations to help senior management understand business line performance and bring together the overall story for quarterly earnings, business reviews, board of director and EMT presentations
• Generate flash results/highlights for Board of Directors’ reports and Executive Management reports
• Develop/coordinate processes (e.g. the annual planning and periodic forecasting processes) and review results against plans monthly including business analysis functions performed by Business Unit Managers (BUMs)
• Contribute to the development of review material for internal leadership and external regulator reviews
• Work on implementation of OneStream for sensitivity analysis
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
• Able to function effectively in a fast paced environment, managing time and deliverables to meet strict deadlines
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience working with a variety of financial platforms
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT
• Demonstrated presentation skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• MBA/CFA a plus
