Your role:
Lead medium to large-scale new product development (NPD) programs, focusing on systems engineering integration aspects and managing key constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, and resources to deliver quality outputs.
Assemble and lead cross-functional core teams (e.g., PMO, R&D, Software, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Industrialization, and Clinical) while managing internal and external partners to complete the development of novel medical imaging solutions.
Define and manage project contracts in alignment with Philips' Product Development Process, Quality Management System, and Regulatory Requirements, ensuring risk management and LEAN practices are applied.
Represent the team to stakeholders and senior leadership by effectively communicating project progress, decision-making, and escalations, while actively managing stakeholder expectations across multi-site projects.
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting PMO and R&D functional excellence initiatives.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 10+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 7 years in program/project management within the medical device, healthcare, or similarly regulated industry, with proven experience managing projects involving disposable medical devices, hardware, and software. Experience with imaging-guided therapy devices, cardiovascular products, structural heart disease, and medical imaging technologies and/or experience with regulatory pathways, clinical trial design, usability studies, or voice-of-customer processes would greatly benefit this role. Software development experience is a plus.
Your skills include a strong understanding of new product development processes, stage-gate methodologies, and regulatory and quality standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, EU MDR). Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) are required and a PMP certification or equivalent and experience in LEAN is preferred.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or Biomedical); advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) is preferred.

The pay range for this position in (MN) is $124,500 to $199,000
