Role PurposeJob Metrics
- Review daily Order booking, conduct revenue recognition validation check, Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements.
- Handle VSOE sampling and documentation.
- Support the month end close, audit, business reporting by analyzing historical data and trends.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling as required to support decision-making by senior management.
- Continuously improve financial analysis processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that business processes are aligned with organizational goals
Revenue recognition and business reporting
- Ensure accurate Booking and Revenue recognition, consolidation for Asia Pacific
- Handle month-end accounting, top line accounts include P&L Business Revenue & Cost and Balance Sheet reconciliation
- Assist in monthly business reports, other management analysis report
Audit and US GAAP reporting
- Assist in the quarterly audit and US reporting
Others
- Assist in streamlining procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office software
- Familiar with Oracle / Hyperion / Revpro / PowerBI is an advantage
Competencies
- A good understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
- Proactive and self-motivated, capable of taking initiative.
- Mature, Detail-minded, Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
