PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liquidity management (cash pooling, MMF investment, etc)

• Credit facility reviewing and management (P-card, standby letter of guarantee, etc)

• Prepare compliance reporting monthly base on the regulator requirements

• Working with banker closely to understand regulations, most-updated finance policies. And maintain bank accounts like opening, closure and information refreshing for bank accounts

• Working with venture team for equity investment and exiting, etc.

• Prepare cash forecast

• Compliance review and declaration like performing overseas incoming/outgoing payment declaration according to regulator like SAFE or PBoC requirement

• Understanding the SAFE requirement and communication/guidance to requestor

• Support hub cash/treasury team if needed

• Participate and manage Ad-hoc project if required

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree, and major in finance or accounting is preferred

• about 5-years working experiences (less or more) in finance or accounting, ideally have experiences in treasury areas

• Proficient in both written and verbal English

• Overseas studying or working experience is a plus

• Open-minded and can independent complete tasks

• Willing to learn new things

• Can independent work and adapt to work in changing working environments

• Detail-originated person

• Good knowledge for operating MS office of Word, Excel, PowerPoint; good at analysis and ideally proficient in using developer or python.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 2+ years of Accounting, Finance, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
