What You'll Do

You will be responsible to:

* Design, automate, configure & qualify customer use cases based on IOS-XR based ASR9K, NCS5500, NCS5000, 8000 platforms

*Generate Testplan and dynamisms in deriving priority based on customer demands with right set of technical expertise/skills in each area

* Design and develop state of the art test framework and tools to support test execution environment.

* Develop Web based GUIs to use analytics and Machine learning to intelligently display and analyze execution results

* Execute test cases manually and through automation, raise, track, prioritize, and verify defects and fixes
* Pro-actively seek to make continuous improvements to Test coverage, execution and automation. Optimize performance and dimensioning of configurations.

* Generate Test execution reports and technical whitepapers

* Collaborate with teams across geographies in multiple continents.

Who You Are

You have passion to qualify and automate SP, web networking solutions and usecases to ensure smooth deployment by these customers. You have experience qualifying, deploying, troubleshooting and/or maintaining SP/web networking technologies and especially XR platforms. Network design and/or deployment experience is a big plus.

Minimum qualifications

* You own a Bachelors in a technical field (CS/EE preferred)

* You have atleast 14 years of Software Quality assurance experience in network automation and, protocol testing and experience supporting Web/Service-provider customers

* You have a Cisco Routing & Switching/Service Provider background

* You are knowledgeable in Routing hardware/platforms/forwarding architecture and networking technologies

* You have good knowledge and configuration/troubleshooting experience in Protocols : ISIS/OSPF, BGP, L2/L3 VPN, EVPN, SegmentRouting, IPv6, MPLS-LDP/RSVP-TE, Multicast, SNMP, Telemetry, gNMI, gRPC, Netconf & OpenConfig Yang Models

* You have good network automation skills using Python/GoLang and good hands-on experience automating features on networking devices & traffic generators

* You have good knowledge in network automation tools like pyATS, Ansible, Jenkins, Robot framework & Cisco NSO.

* You have good experience in any of CentOS, Redhat, Ubuntu UNIX/Linux and expertise on Bash/Unix Shell Scripting

* Strong desire to learn with an ability to tackle complex problems creatively

* Excellent multi-tasking, written & verbal communication, and organizational skills

* Must be result-oriented and have a high degree of accountability, commitment and responsibility

Desired qualifications

* You possess a CCIE (Routing & Switching / Service Provider / Data Center)

* You have extensive hands-on experience on the following platforms: ASR9K, NCS5500, NCS5000, NCS540/NCS560, NCS6K, CRS, 8000

* Experience in OpenFlow, Netconf & REST API
