SFDC/Apttus MSA/Service MAXなどのサービスセールスに関わるプラットフォームをデータソースとして、Spotfireや将来の代替Toolを効果的に使い、分析レポートの開発や構築を行う。また、より効率的に利用するための提案を行う

既存のMSAやLS/サービスセールス系Spotfireレポートのトラブル時のサポートを行う。その他、関連する問題/課題の解決や問題発生時の事象の特定・同定(再現実証)を行い、IT本部や他部門とも連携し、問題解決の促進を継続的にフォローアップする
