A minimum of 8 years experience of managing account managers/a client services team
Demonstrable account management operations or other client facing sales support function experience
Experience in performance advertising, the mobile and app market and a passion for the ever-changing digital space
Demonstrable analytical skills are critical for this role
Experience in Retail Media Networks, with QSR brands, Shopping, Travel and/ or Health & Fitness clients
Influential and will quickly develop relationships and trust with their peers and directs, so that they can provide direction, oversight, and professional development opportunities
Passionate and proven in developing teams, driving an inclusive culture of collaboration and shared success. Ability to motivate, inspire, and guide others towards achieving shared goals
In-depth knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills - in-person, on video conference, and over-the-phone. Ability to listen effectively, socialize ideas across functions and articulate business visions both internally and externally
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on detail and trends, combined with the ability to adapt and react fast to ensure we deliver our clients best in market service
Ability to identify and develop data analysis and recommendations that align with customer goals.
Coach the team to quantify high-impact opportunities, make clear recommendations to pitch and upsell to customers.
