Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the D365 development team and the BSC cardiology development team by providing coaching, conducting performance reviews, and offering guidance, technical leadership, and direction across the environment.
  • Support team member growth through effective goal setting and individualized development plans.
  • Oversee vendor relationships with Pacejet, UPS, Microsoft, Microsoft Support Vendor, Signup Software Exflow, and SKGlobal Treasury Automation Suite.
  • Coordinate with CDX support organizations to ensure smooth code promotions and consistent production support.
  • Align with the PMO team to plan project schedules, define work assignments, and coordinate delivery.
  • Partner with the CDX DevOps team to plan and execute key tasks that enable development team success.
  • Foster strong, ongoing relationships with CDX business stakeholders to support shared goals.
  • Manage the D365 environment, including storage, technology, security, licensing, and roadmap planning, to ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with BSC policies related to Privacy, Architecture, and Cybersecurity by leading required reviews and interactions.
  • Contribute to organizational support by participating in the CDX Manager On Call rotation (once every four weeks) to assist with escalated production support incidents.
  • Serve as the go-to manager for approximately four employees and ten contractors, directly supporting both the Cardiac Diagnostics (CDX) and Boston Scientific Commercial IT (BSC) teams.
  • Provide first-line leadership and support to development staff, including mentoring, coaching, and career development planning.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the Senior Manager of Application Engineering.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to contribute effectively in agile, collaborative, small-team environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Self-directed and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Experience in software development and technical support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of experience in a support or development role using Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience supporting finance-related business processes and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementations.
  • Prior experience in a people leadership role—formal or informal—including mentorship, project leadership, or team coordination.
  • Exposure to or interest in AI technologies and high-tech development environments.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and work across organizational boundaries.
  • Current or previous Boston Scientific experience.

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
