- 5+ years of experience in Release Management or Release operations or a similar role
- Experience with Release planning, Scheduling, Cutover planning and coordination by collaborating across multiple teams
- Strong understanding of Software version control, Environment Management, Change Management, Software Development life cycle, Continuous Integration and Delivery concepts
- Aptitude for gathering insightful release metrics and reporting
- Experience with preparing clear and structured documentation and effective presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tracks and priorities with ease and efficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence, resolve conflicts and gain alignment across teams
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Expertise in identifying risks and devising mitigation plans
- Experience with managing transparent, comprehensive communication to all stakeholders and management
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Meaningful l experience in solving triaging issues and leading root cause analysis for retrospectives
