What you will accomplish:

• Understanding the project's ‘Scope of Work’, planning and coordinating / leading input collection from relevant internal and external team members to define and meet agreed timeline and keep costs down
• Identify streams, creating and management of GANTT
• Identify, set up and coordinate execution of onboarding activities, operative and technical integrations among systems, supporting account managers to drive positive outcomes and minimizing risks
• Ability to handle several projects at once, from inception to execution, while meeting all assigned timeline.
• Communicating the projects’ status and progress to Clients, and Certilogo Functions, as well as ensuring that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date
• Identify up-selling/ new business chances to create business grow together with the Account Manager and Business Development Team.

What you will bring :

• You are experienced Project Manager Professional (PMP) with work experience in a consultancy or business environment, with a key focus on driving solutions for clients.
• Projects you have worked on ensure your knowledge of operative processes, serialization and identification technologies (RFID/barcoding). Exposure to operations, logistics, or production is highly advantageous within the fashion/apparel/luxury industry.
• A good familiarity with databases, knowledge of SaaS architectures and API integration, management is important and familiarity working with departmental software (ERP, WMS, SAP, PIM and Microsoft Office).
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Italian, you will have the capability to relate positively and efficiently with the customer, account management, and sales and bring a collaborative, self-starter spirit to everything you do.
• With an ability to flex your communication style and present to a range of Client's managers at different levels, you are able to deliver positive, commercial outcomes .
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask, you will be an ambassador for Certilogo and part of a close knit, collaborative team crafting new frontiers of fashion!
