- 10+ years of proven experience in driving the development of products, with a strong focus on platform development and related technologies.
- In-depth experience with the FileMaker platform and its ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of online educational learning communities and best practices for developing and sustaining strong user engagement.
- Record of success leading and launching sophisticated software products.
- Proficiency with new technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in online learning.
- Experience leading design, feature breakdown, and projects/products from inception to shipped software.
- Ability to conceptualize and drive complex projects with contending priorities, multiple partners, and quick timelines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in virtual, remote and in person settings. At times, you’ll need to be available outside of regular working hours to meet the needs of global partners.
- Ability to dive into technical details and designs, including web technologies and large-scale service architectures.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, across all levels of the organization.
- MBA or advanced degree and/or technical background.
