Senior Vendor Invoice Specialist (Office-based: Bothell, WA)
In this role, you'll research, resolve, and release vendor payments, acting as the team lead and expert for Vendor Invoice Specialists. You’ll maintain vendor relationships, limit expenses, mitigate credit holds, and work with improvement teams for efficiency gains.
Your role:
Audit and verify vendor invoices for contract compliance and timely payment.
Evaluate purchase orders with buyers, finance, and stakeholders to meet regulations.
Resolve issues for field organization and customers, escalating urgent matters.
Complete training documents on time and handle software testing and maintenance.
Manage team assignments and maintain group mailboxes.
You're the right fit if:
5+ years' experience in Accounts Payable and Customer Support (preferred).
Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
Proficient in SAP, PCs, and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple demands and prioritize work with strict attention to detail.

The hourly pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $34.49 to $59.12, plus overtime eligible.
