You will be a solid line manager for network management system application team members and responsible for handling people's day-to-day topics. You will be ensuring that the team is operating according to Nokia Essentials, people strategy and culture.

You have :

• Experience of managing an SW development team
• Experience of defining a clear scope, setting targets and defining performance measures.
• Skills to ensure team members have the right abilities to secure current and future business needs.
• Experience of recruiting and onboarding
• Knowledge of large software system deployment
• Understanding of the relevance of automated deployment and testing (at different levels, automation, tools), software development tools
• Knowledge of DevOps, Jenkins, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, Kubernetes or containerized applications
• Technical background with some understanding of sw development challenges (prior knowledge of Java, go is a big plus)
• Knowledge of RAN technologies
• You are excellent at communication and have experience of sharing and translating strategy and top-down internal messages.
• You have an interest in additional responsibilities if assigned to cross-unit management.
• You are fluent in English and you fit into our team.
• You are self-driven, and you take responsibility for your own work.
• You can tolerate uncertainty.
