QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as Business Management, Business Analytics, Business Development, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Business Management, Business Analytics, Business Development, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: leveraging PitchBook for in-depth market research, financial analysis, and investment tracking; data processing and analytics using tools Alteryx, SQL and Excel; using Company IQ to manage banker coverage; using QlikSense for accessing and extracting data from dashboard reports; creating interactive dashboards using Tableau; working with end-to-end post-merger integration processes including comprehensive data management, strategic resource allocation, the integration of organizational structures and systems, financial products, and client portfolios; working with venture capital ecosystem and innovation economy while leveraging data-based analytics to identify potential clients and prospects; developing comprehensive financial forecasts and business models using bottom-up budgeting approaches, incorporating various economic scenarios and market conditions; working with strategic pricing, budget analysis, and long-term growth planning; analyzing key trends and connections between sales metrics and tenure versus productivity; conducting Total Addressable Market (TAM) analysis to estimate projected market share, determining the number of bankers required to service the market, and identifying growth opportunities; handling cross-line-of-business (LOB) transfers; coordinating Client Data Management (CDM) transfers, banker assignments, and exit processes; conducting in-depth persona analysis; evaluating profit per potential customer at each stage of the business life cycle, and identifying key drivers of profitability; designing wireframes, mock-ups, and presentations for performance reports and dashboards.

Full-Time. Salary: $108,000 - $145,000 per year.
