• Leading resolution of escalations
• Effective communication with customer contacts.
• Service Now cases and incidents triaging.
• Handling cases and incidents assignments.
• Setting up and managing daily triage calls.

What you bring

• At least 3 years professional experience.
• Experienced supporting cloud applications.
• Has experience supporting customer production environments and resolving production tickets
• Can successfully handle escalated cases and incidents.
• Service Now experience
