Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or technical project management.
- Experience in configuration engineering or system design of hardware products (e.g., rack servers, networking, storage).
- Experience in driving process improvements and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing roles with a focus on systems, tools, data, and process engineering.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working with master data governance, data warehouse, metrics dashboards, data modeling, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with CAD systems or tools.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, with excellent problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
