This position will report to our Director, Product Management and is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. What you'll do...

  • Develop and manage technical product specifications and architecture for platform components.

  • maintain and evangelize the technical product roadmap.

  • Manage vendor relationships, integrate partners, and secure resources for co-developed product features.

  • Develop and champion product strategy and roadmap, leveraging consumer insights and competitive analysis.

  • Conduct product/feature analytics, manage product rollouts, and drive customer satisfaction through process optimization.

  • 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally on consumer-facing, large-scale, complex BCB/ B2B products.

  • Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related area.

  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards.

  • Knowledge of assistive technologies and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
