BROAD FUNCTIONS :

• Provide Industrial Engineering support to the factory
• Optimize factory efficiency
• Responsible for factory layout and projects management especially involve factory capacity and layout changes
• Perform PPH and time study

Regular

• Involve in any productivity improvement activities with Manufacturing and other groups
• Involve in plant layout changes - especially those that will impact factory capacity

Irregular

• Participate in meetings due to production schedule changes
• Maintain good relationship with other departments

Educational Required:

• Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years of relevant Industrial Engineering experience.

Skill Required :

• Strategic planning skills
• Problem solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Team player
• AutoCAD skills

Experience:

• Experience in high volume manufacturing preferably in the same industry
