Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead OTO country teams or individual contributors responsible for review all costs related to the offer considering the defined technical solution, financial aspects, logistics, internal resources; and for calculate a suitable price considering market aspects and economic or financial parameters (margin, general costs of sales, VAT, import taxes, etc.)
  • Responsible and accountable for the performance of all employees making tenders and offers in the countries (documentation preparation, contract generation and financial calculation preparation), as well as their development and the organization of their backup cross country within the zone
  • Ensuring deal excellence throughout the full offer to order process. This includes working closely with sales teams, finance, legal, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all deals are structured, escalated and executed in a compliant, profitable, and efficient manner
  • Governance of internal price escalation process.
  • Guidance on pricing / T&Cs / contract types we are offering in accordance to the business line strategy or SHS DX standard conditions
  • Sales Excellence Finance partner with clear focus on pricing excellence and deal profitability
  • Evaluate LoA applicability, obtain necessary approvals for LoA process in accordance with compliance process, and organize the LoA meetings when required
  • Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance
  • Team player and ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and ability to think strategically with high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM deal management systems
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of in-vitro diagnostic products and the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of financial and legal principles as they relate to sales and deal management
  • Fluent in English. Other zone language (French, Italian or Spanish) is a must

Your Tasks:

Set up FI KPI framework to pursue DX Priorities

Offer escalation submission in accordance to global and zone framework

Triggers activities or corrective actions in order to optimize all aspects of the BID process

Terms & Conditions (Commercial) in alignment with CBF / ZBF

Leverage pricing as a growth driver

Comply with global and zone guidance’s in terms of pricing, profitability and risk mitigation
