Be able to independently configure and support Anchorsoftware applications with minimal supervision. Have a good understanding of our softwarefunctionalities and be able to solve issues using our applications effectively.

Be able to understand the existing recipes, tune recipes to address production issues under the supervision of more senior engineers and comprehend the methods for applying hot fixes to urgent cases.

Be able to identify and troubleshoot common problems efficiently. Have a basic understanding of the underlying systems. Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineer and coordinate remote/local troubleshooting.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
