As an Analytics Professional in our Finance team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform detailed quantitative analysis and design analytical framework to forecast key account performance and profitability drivers and improve forecasting methodologies
  • Create, maintain, and enhance multi-year financial models for the business, assessing the impact of strategic decisions and trade-offs on the P&L
  • Partner with leadership to set financial targets that are achievable and tied to long term goals
  • Provide informative business financial information and coordinate business financial planning and budget management
  • Partner effectively with finance, marketing and technology and business teams
  • Demonstrate Strong ability to make business sense out of data
  • Perform data deep dive and come up with clear and concise insight which translates into financial impact

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in an analytical and financial role and should have worked on Banking products
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Superior financial modelling acumen
  • Have demonstrated history of working independently on open ended business problems and coming up with data driven insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in using Data extraction and Data analysis tools like SQL/Alteryx/Python/Databricks/Snowflake

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA (Finance)/CFA an advantage
  • Knowledge of Tableau will be an added advantage
  • Experience in discounted cash flow valuation a plus
  • Exposure to Statistical modeling techniques like Linear regression, logistic regression, clustering, Decision tree good to have
