Job Qualifications : Profile & Skills Desired
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 7 years of accounting or finance experience along with a least 3 years of people management experience . Equivalent experience is also considered
- A professional accounting certification such as CPA(Certified Public Accountant) , ACCA, CIMA, ACA or an equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong technical skills in accounting and finance, including proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. A deep understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements is essential
- The ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. This includes the ability to define, diagnose, and determine an appropriate resolution, recommendation, or decision while considering alternatives and factors (e.g., resources, costs, tradeoffs).
Additional Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Methodologies: Demonstrated expertise in methodologies such as Six Sigma, LEAN, Agile Certification, Business Process Management, Project Management Certification, and/or Change Management Certification.
