Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in mission-critical facility design and construction environments, focusing on electrical infrastructure systems.
5 years of experience with power system modeling software such as ETAP, SKM, PSCAD, CYME, PSS/E.
3 years of experience with power converter design including Alternating Current/Direct Current (AC/DC), DC/DC or DC/AC converter designs.
3 years of experience in DC power distribution design including protection and power system studies.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's or PhD degree in Power Electronics, Power Systems, Protective Relaying, or a related engineering field.
Experience in power budgeting/sizing for AI/ML design and validation, and designing power converters, including DC/DC (POL), AC/DC rectifiers, and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS).
Experience in data center power delivery system design, microgrids, power electronics fundamentals, and converter modeling/simulation.
Experience performing closed-loop testing such as hardware-in-the-loop with RTDS/OPAL-RT on protection and control systems.
Knowledge of power engineering communication protocols such as IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus or with utility-scale energy storage.
