Interact with cross functional departments to develop and improve manufacturing process, to get RTY, scrap, and quality improvement
Lead product line productivity improvement project by using lean six manufacturing tools or suggestion for digital/automation solution.
Responsible for production line process control, problem resolving by using six sigma tools and QC control tools.
Provide direction and support to other engineering and technical, lead or support for NPI project, transition project. Do Cost, Schedule and Technical Management
Drive HSE action, and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronic, Electronic Information Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automation control or other major of Science and Technology.
Over 3 years work experience, experience in manufacturing process control is prefer.
Being active, creative, with good problem analysis and resolve capability. Positive attitude in work, willing to learn and progress, strong practical ability.
CET-4 or above, good English, oral, and written communications skills required. Additional Information
