Consumer Marketing Manager Mother and Child Care


In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Drive Philips brand as one of the leading brands for Mother and Child Care (MCC/Philips Avent);

  • Be responsible for the overall P&L of the categories in South Balkans, translating the global category vision to successful marketing strategy that leads to a profitable business growth;

  • Be the full category owner for the assigned category, responsible for the development and delivery of marketing campaigns in MCC with the high quality and ROI, including the full mix of offline and online activities.

You are responsible for

  • Following MCC (Mother and Child Care ) vision, strategy and objectives aligned with the Categories, RMMs/RBULs, Lead Consumer Marketing Manager and the Commercial Leader;

  • Managing, planning , executing and optimizing the overall category/brand strategy and campaigns to increase brand awareness, consumer engagement and grow profitable revenue;

  • Be the overall campaign manager across all activations while ensuring consistency and integration across all communication touchpoints (both online and offline);

  • Owning and leading full mix of digital and non-digital marketing campaigns, setting clear KPIs and working with creative and media agencies, and the digital campaign manager to optimize on a weekly basis;

  • Ensuring all media and campaign KPIs are relevant and met;

  • Coordinating with external and internal agencies to create fit for purpose assets to power campaign media plans and drive increased return on investment;

  • Evaluating media strategy and plans, and provide feedback to activation proposals;

  • Tracking and optimizing the implementation of all marcom activations;

  • Managing marketing budget and ensure high MROI;

  • Working with the Philips stakeholders such as Marketing Lead, CEE Regional Marketing team, TSM team, Digital and Sales team on the fulfilment of the yearly plans and targets;

  • Working actively on KPIs setting, tracking and coordination of professional marketing activities;

  • Creating, managing and coordinating professional marketing activities for Philips Avent with external stakeholders (midwives, doctors, professional organizations);

  • Providing support and consultancy to trade partners/local retailers on the implementation of COOP activities across all touchpoints (TV, digital, trade, etc.);

  • Ensuring marketing campaigns support marketing sales objectives.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University Degree, preferably marketing studies;

  • Minimum 4 years of related experience as a marketing professional with an international exposure;

  • Project management skills to coordinate across multiple activities and teams inputting to the marketing campaigns;

  • Online and offline media management skills to ensure efficient budget spend;

  • Strong analytical skills required for understanding the consumer decision journey and data driven insights (media landscape, consumer profile and behavior, competition, etc.);

  • Ability to understand, interpret & leverage data to optimize content, media, messaging and audiences;

  • Organized – ability to consistently deliver projects on time, with quality and within budget;

  • Marketing fundamentals – experience and understanding of how to identify & leverage local insights to define & target the right consumers, be able to develop and bring to life superior value propositions, ability to write effective agency briefs including technical requirements and to evaluate performance vs. that brief;

  • Strong communication skills to manage a vast array of internal & external stakeholders;

  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
