Program Structure:
- Technical Training Track : Gain deep expertise across IBM’s extensive portfolio, including Cloud, Data, Security, AI, and more.
- Practical Experience : Work alongside seasoned sales and technical sales professionals, participating in client engagements, product demos, and negotiation activities.
As a Future Club Intern, You Will:
- Complete specialized learning modules and meet all program requirements.
- Shadow experienced sellers or technical sellers during customer engagements.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Contribute to sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Must be enrolled and actively studying in college.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Foundational knowledge in computer science or engineering.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in sales or technical sales.
- Commitment to a 6-hour daily internship for 12 months.
- Availability of 2-3 times a week to attend the office.
- Advanced or fluent proficiency in English. (English level between B2-C1)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles (even in a non-professional capacity) is a plus.
