- Deputizes for the Construction Manager as required to support the oversight and coordination of the construction activities.
- Assist Construction Manager in managing the owner’s oversight activities with respect to construction coordination and inspection.
- Works collaboratively with the contractor’s construction management team to coordinate the delivery of the works.
- Supports design management to confirm suitability for procurement and construction.
- Oversees the contractor’s construction activity to determine and report on whether program specifications are followed.
- Assist Construction Manager in managing, monitoring, and reporting on the status of the project construction progress and schedule.
- Supports the commercial process as part of the contractor’s application for payment and invoicing.
- Assist Construction Manager in overseeing the post-construction process to facilitate handover to operation and conducts warranty reviews.
- Performs claims review and recommends steps to resolve claims.
Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.
