What you will bring:
- 8+ years of employee communications, leadership communications experience with senior executives – preferably in Financial Services or FinTech global organization within the retail or technology sectors.
- Bachelor’s required – preferably in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation and design skills;
- Ability to cut through with a succinct, modern style.
- Highly proficient user of PowerPoint and Keynote
- Strong digital and social storytelling and engagement experience.
- Complex organizational and cultural change management experience.
- Strong Internet and general business acumen
- Practiced capacity to manage complex projects with multiple partners navigating conflict and developing consensus.
- Bring a business outcomes mindset to communications work
- Technology savvy. keen understanding of all types of channels.
- Passion for improving and sustaining employee engagement
- Proven track record to work with partners at all levels
- Experience managing and participating in project teams in a matrixed environment without direct reports.
- Quick learner with resilience, speed and patience under pressure
- Can work independently or collaboratively with minimal direction
- Diligent, highly organized, fiercely committed to quality, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Empathy, good emotional intelligence as well as cultural sensitivity
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
$144,000 - $216,150
