KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports on key performance indicators
• Assist in the development of financial forecasts and budgets
• Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and facilitate decision-making
• Monitor and track financial performance against targets
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for management
• Facilitate financial planning processes and provide recommendations for cost optimization
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial thoughtfulness

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial thoughtfulness or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CFA or CPA
• Experience in a multinational or global organization
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
