You don’t need to have years of experience – what matters most is your. You’ll be supported by an experienced leader who will coach and guide you as you build your skills in product management, marketing strategy, and stakeholder engagement.


What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll help shape how Boston Scientific’s New Cardio portfolio is presented and supported in your region. You’ll combine organizational skills, creativity, and scientific curiosity to make sure our products reach the right physicians and patients and that our message is clear and compelling.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Marketing execution: Coordinate and deliver marketing and educational activities across Romania and SEE, working closely with local distributors and internal teams.
  • Event support: Plan and execute educational programs and workshops for healthcare professionals.
  • Materials & content: Develop and localize promotional and educational materials that align with our global New Cardio strategy.
  • Market insights: Collect and analyze market data, track trends, and prepare reports to support business decisions.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Build strong, transparent relationships with channel partners, physicians, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Compliance & documentation: Ensure all activities are properly documented and compliant with company standards.

This is a hands-on role that requires curiosity, initiative, and strong coordination skills. You’ll learn the full marketing cycle from concept to execution, while gaining exposure to a fast-paced, international environment.

About you

You have a university degree in marketing, business, medicine, or life sciences, and ideally 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or sales in MedTech or pharma.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (Romanian or Croatian is a plus).
