Work with Technology, Design, Construction, Operations, and other supporting functions in order to scope and drive designs for deployment of materials production processes
Determine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion
Develop scope and define parameters for project design and implementation
Define and drive tasks to be performed by the cross-functional team
Identify creative ways to overcome obstacles and meet the schedule despite setbacks
Drive review and selection of external equipment vendors and integrators for delivery of selected manufacturing project scope
Coordinate internal and external engineering findings to de-risk plant design and optimize plant operations and availability
What You’ll Bring
Evidence of exceptional ability, including a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and demonstrated ability to leverage this understanding to solve challenging technical problems
2+ years in manufacturing environment, in a mix of engineering and project roles. Experience working on the development of chemical processing, or hydrometallurgical systems is a plus
Ability to work and communicate cross-functionally, including interfacing with suppliers and third party firms
Proven ability to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, occasionally requiring extended hours
Aptitude to learn and incorporate new technologies
Ability to identify issues and develop corrective measures to resolve
Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills
