- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience analyzing Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLM) performance.
- Experience using statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with Python and LLM libraries.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) principles, algorithms, and techniques.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation and influencing skills.
