RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Develop and Implement Security Policies: Write and implement comprehensive security and confidentiality policies. Incident Response: Respond to security incidents and escalations promptly.Risk Management: Proactively monitor, audit, and analyze risk to prevent IP exposure.Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Reporting: Prepare and present regular security reports.Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.Information Protection: Ensure the utmost protection of sensitive and confidential information.Technology Security: Implement security guardrails in our tools and technologies.Disclosures: Manage our disclosure policies, process and consistency.
- 7+ years experience in leadership, preferably in security operations or a related field
- 10+ years experience in security operations
- Experience leading teams and managing interpersonal relationships
- Experience with information security technologies and tools such as firewalls, VPNs, encryptions, access control systems, single Sign-On and cloud security and hardening tools., ideally in a large-enterprise or government environments.
- A track record of crafting comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Proficiency in industry best practices, encryption, access control, and risk assessment.
- The ability to identify potential risks and develop strategic solutions that align with business objectives.
- Strategic visionary with exceptional leadership abilities—a proven track record of developing and implementing effective security strategies.
- A proven track record of handling incidents effectively and minimizing business impact.
- Experience working within a creative environment such as an ad-agency, production studio, film studio, broadcast or similar.
- Highly desirable. Certifications in Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or CompTIA Security+.
- Highly desirable. Previous experience in a government secrecy or security role.
