be doing:

• Detailed failure analysis,identifyingroot-cause ofcustomer reported issues– Performsystem-level debugging to isolate faults for physical FA

• Defineappropriate characterizationtechniques to root cause complex problems

• Continuously apply sophisticated analysis tools andmethodology.

• Apply knowledge ofsystem design,electrical engineering and PCBA manufacturing toproposecontainment and corrective actionfordesign/production/supplier.

• Assistin generating 8D failure analysis reports and verify/characterize corrective actions’ effectiveness.

• Quality representative to internal teams, supporting activities for customer quality and internal quality requirements.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Electronic Engineeringor related fields, orequivalent experience

• 3+ yearsHands-on experience in PCB level hardware verification/debug and signal integrity measurement

• Knowledge onAI/Data Center productsdesign verification and validation, production testing, and statistical analysis

• Knowledge on Linux system and Linux Shell Scripts

• Experiencewithserver systemsdebugis a plus,Knowledge of data center deployment and bus standards and protocols such as PCIe, IPMI, Redfish… is a plus.

• Exceptional problem solving and Failure Analysis, strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Good communicationand documentation skills in English
