What you will do:

  • Partner Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report on partner performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas of concern to inform decision-making across the Partner Engagement Experience team.

  • Dashboard and Reporting Development: Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, E2open, and other tools to monitor key metrics such as partner bookings, revenue, and engagement effectiveness.

  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Analyze data from various systems, including CRM platforms, to produce insightful visualizations, charts, and reports that effectively communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.

  • Ad-hoc Reporting: Respond to leadership requests for ad-hoc reports and analysis, providing timely and accurate insights that support strategic initiatives.

  • Collaboration with Data Teams: Partner with data analytics and operations teams to ensure consistency in global and regional reporting, aligning with organizational goals and maintaining data integrity.

  • Operational Support: Work closely with project managers and the ecosystem operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, incorporating partner activities and operational changes into future forecasts and decision-making processes.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in sales operations, reporting, and data analysis.

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, CRM systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).

  • Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with various teams.

The salary range for this position is $94,010.00 - $150,410.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
