As an Alliance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of the firm’s Tier I alliances, where you will create and execute the strategic marketing direction in relation to the business priorities. You will be the marketing and enablement point of contact, owning program management, execution and measurement of results. You will work hand-in-hand with the national leadership teams and determine the most impactful go-to-market programs and initiatives to grow pipeline and revenue. You’ll leverage and effectively communicate your strong knowledge of the full suite of EY capabilities and solutions to enable our client-facing teams to converse with clients, build opportunities and increasingly win in the market.
Your key responsibilities:
- Facilitate the strategic planning process for the team to identify the appropriate go-to-market activities required to achieve market growth across key sub-service lines and solutions.
- Focus on strengthening our brand with key accounts, prospective clients and influencers.
- Drive and manage the execution of the go-to-market strategy, specifically focusing on marketing campaigns. Work closely with the leaders to identify business needs and areas for investment.
- Project manage go-to market activities and prioritize initiatives that supports our strategic plans and opportunity development.
- Identify demand, trends and opportunities through insightful analysis of the market and the priority accounts, and continuously identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Track and report ROI on all campaigns, programs, events and marketing efforts.
- Be the knowledge curator, leveraging the full suite of EY’s services and solutions to deliver relevant insights, and to equip and enable client conversations.
- Connect with Brand & Marketing leads & teams across all Global regions, to share ideas, insights and understand Global initiatives.
- Own all the strategic plans for your portfolio, provide guidance to those executing the plans.
- Build and develop strong relationships with alliance partners.

- Prior experience with marketing campaign management and content development roles
- Ability to work alongside and effectively communicate with senior executives, being seen as a credible, trusted advisor
- Strong business acumen and grasp of leading brand-to-demand tactics
- Experience bridging thought leadership, solutions, and client issues to build meaningful conversations and bolster relationships

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills – comfortable in reviewing reports, interpreting data and identifying trends that will assist in further targeting appropriate go-to-market activities that will generate pipeline growth

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree; graduate degree preferred, in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant business experience; B2B marketing experience an asset.
- Strong program/project/campaign management and execution experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with senior leaders
- A proven ability to manage multiple go-to-market initiatives, resulting in pipeline creation and revenue growth
- In-depth knowledge of marketing trends, execution and measurement (analytics, dashboarding, reporting, etc.)
- MBA an asset.
