Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience as a Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, or Product Engineer.
- Experience in electrical devices, fabrication processes, Test, DFx, Quality, reliability.
- Experience working with ODMs, Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and suppliers to manage root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous process improvements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in a company developing supply chains (e.g., manufacturing and test) for networking type products for the IT industry.
- Experience creating and executing a Design Validation Test Plan on an electronic assembly.
- Experience with data analytics and quality data systems.
