Duration: 4 months

Event and Campaign Support

• Support the Global Customer Engagement team with events and campaigns

Project management and Team support

• Manage assignments and ad hoc tasks
• Support with reporting, KPI analysis and collection

Business Support & Customer communications

• Contribute to customer enablement materials, trainings and events
• Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
• Assists in creating performance reports.
