What you'll do:

Labs China Strategic Projects, support project management, program operation, activity arrangement, big event, as well as GenAI related Innovations.

• Project Management: Aid in following project management activities: Draft and implement project plans, timelines, etc.; oversee project progress, ensuring milestones are met on schedule; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are aligned with goals; identify and manage project risks, providing contingency plans as needed.
• Program Operation: Contribute to program regular operation and process optimization. Prepare program plan, update, summarization in standard communication format.
• Plan and organize a wide range of activities, including meetings, workshops, and team-building events. Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and transportation. Manage invitations, registrations, and participant communications. Ensure all activities are well-organized and run smoothly.
• Event Support: Provide support for the planning and execution of company events, including conferences, seminars, and social gatherings. Assist in the development of event themes, agendas, and schedules. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for event materials and services. Manage on-site event logistics and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event.
• GenAI related Innovations: leverage GenAI related techniques to improve efficiency or effectiveness of existing working processes.

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Artificial Intelligence, Information Engineering, Applied Mathematics, etc., or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English is a must; conversational skill in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with at least one programming language and popular large models, GenAI tools and techniques (e.g. ChatGPT, Chinese large models, etc) is an advantage
• Faster learner, team spirit, highly motivated, ability to take initiative and work with carefulness.
• Good ability at independent working and problem-solving
• Track record of leading cross-functional, virtual teams in a matrix environment.
• Commitment of 3 days per week for 3-6 month internship at least
• Onboarding in July
