• The position is mainly aimed for persons with a Product Life Cycle driven mind with experience in running program/projects with good planning, visualization and resource handling. You need to be able to be good at presenting and explaining your program/projects progress to stakeholders.

• You will be a member of the Program Management Office which will consist of 6 people. This is a fairly new office that will be responsible for all program/projects so we meet customer expectations, both external and internal.

• You will interact with product manager, engineering, supply chain, service, and customers/suppliers.

• Solid experience within program/project management

• B.Sc. Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar education/equivalent

• Understanding of project, design and production processes

• Understanding of QA and validation procedures

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Troubleshooting, analytical and planning skills

• Ability to lead team and make the team work successfully

• Ability to plan and execute your daily work within set time frames

• Ability to have helicopter view , see the bigger picture

• A good level of English and a valid work permit
