5+ years of experience in Sales Operations and/or digital advertising industry
Solid understanding of the digital ad ecosystem
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for analyzing reports and data to uncover insights to create high impact growth strategies
Proven track record of identifying growth opportunities and business challenges and utilizing analytics and reporting to create strategic options for stakeholders at all levels
Excellent project management, prioritization, and communication skills
Self-starter attitude with high integrity, accountability, and collaboration
BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field
MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred
