Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on functional design and configuration experience, including detailed specifications for user exits, utilities, interfaces, reports, etc.
- 5+ years of in-depth knowledge and experience of Retail or Sales functionality throughout the order to cash process, including billing and integration with FI/CO.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of in-depth knowledge and experience of logistics processes, including Pricing, inventory management, planning, merchandising in stores.
- 5+ years of functional lead experience with ability to drive designs that balance business efficiency, system performance, security and compliance.
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects working closely with multiple business and technical teams.
- Ability to review complex Business Requirement Documents and translate them into deliverable objects.
- Proven experience in tracking, managing and communicating project status to cross functional teams.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels.
- Innovative, highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly and motivator of others.
- BS or MS degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
