As a Sr. SDE of the team, you will be working with business partners, partner engineers and testers to design, implement, test, launch, document, and maintain complex software applications, tools, and systems. You will have significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define these product features, drive the system architecture, and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product. You will learn a variety of cutting-edge technologies, development processes, and develop well-rounded skills such as leadership, and effective project management. You will also mentor junior software development engineers.Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will
- Lead the design, develop, implement, test, and document software applications, tools, systems and services.
- In a lot of cases you'll need to challenge how things are being built today and re-architecture them.
- Translate business requirements into robust, efficient, supportable technical solutions that work well within the overall system architecture.- Mentor junior engineers.

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- Experience building Android Open Source Project (AOSP) products, and good understanding of Android framework.

- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
