Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
    • OR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, data governance and SQL.
  • 2+ years of business experience in marketing audience segmentation, marketing analytics, customer journey, consumer data platforms management and project management.
  • 2+ years of experience with multiple marketing tech platforms and data tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign Standard, Micosoft Ads, Powerbi, Azure Data Factory, Synapse.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver data projects to grow, optimize and achieve the data roadmap for the Consumer Growth Engine team including project management, problem solving and data design and architecting.
  • Manage data requests (segments or conversions) from marketers by prioritizing and refining them, aiding data project managers (PMs) in tracking progress, and working with Privacy, CELA, data owners, and the data engineering teams to facilitate data sharing to target channel platforms.
  • Advocating for and understanding compliance regulations related to data handling (including Digital Marketing Act (DMA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), while taking action to mitigate their impact.
  • Collaborating with the CGE Platform team and associated parties on implementing new tools to support data and analytics efforts.
  • Coordinate data science projects leveraging data from our data lake to support marketing in collaboration with partner data science teams on methodologies.
  • Develops depth of understanding of the business, its data landscape, and the lineage of those data across multiple areas to leverages appropriate sources of data to address specific business needs.
  • Recommends efficiency improvements for core work related to analytics and reporting that are reusable, self-service, and directed to meaningful interpretation of data and driving business decisions.
