Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Incoming Quality / Cell Quality / Final Inspection
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) per AS9102 requirement
• CMM programming and measurements
• Raise Non-conformance notifications
• Read and Interpret blueprint and specifications
• Assist Quality Engineer in Rejection Analysis and Quality Improvement Plan

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a minimum of NITEC certificate or equivalent, with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Familiarity in CMM use and its application will be an added advantage
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprint and specifications
• Proficient in understanding Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Well-versed in using various measuring equipment such as air spindle, micrometer
• Preferably personnel with precision machining or aerospace background
• Preferably personnel with Net-Inspect and Discus ballooning software experience
• Self-driven with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Team player with good interpersonal communication skills
