As a Vice President, Strategy in Rewards you will be joining a high visibility strategy team, leading the Gift Card program which includes overseeing 200+ merchants, external vendor management, creating the strategy roadmap, overseeing monthly promotions, leading internal relationship management across different teams and stakeholders. You will ensure customer engagement and business objectives while maintaining a strong controls environment. You will be working cross-functionally with several partners to deliver on product initiatives to drive decision making on areas of opportunity and investment.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead internal (Freedom, Sapphire, Ink) and external (gift card vendor, merchant) relationships while executing gift card strategy against business objectives
- Create roadmap for product vision and support gift card marketing execution
- Analyze campaigns against performance KPIs and find opportunities to optimize future performance
- Lead executive level presentations for senior management that communicate innovation roadmap strategies, financial impact, execution plans and customer experience
- Support team with compilation & execution of monthly promotions by working closely with external partner, Marketing, Operations, Product and Testing teams
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance and external partner to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled
- Optimize the customer experience and have a pulse on product backlog initiatives through working with Voice of the Customer and Product
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Business strategy
- Previous management experience
- External agency/vendor experience
- Strategic insight and ability to identify business opportunities and create strategy
- Ability to influence cross-functional internal and external teams
- Analytical thinker with ability to interpret data to identify key insights that drive change
- Strong communication and experience with executive level presentation
