Core responsibilities include:

  • Provide deep subject matter expertise on commercial and residential real estate properties.

  • Direct and oversee a team of external real estate Asset Managers for assets held within Fiduciary accounts to ensure best-in-class client service.

  • Provide fiduciary oversight and approvals for activities related to client’s real estate holdings to ensure clients’ best interests are top priority and asset enhancement activity is ongoing.

  • Trouble shoot and facilitate efficient problem-solving on issues related to client service and real property assets.

  • Facilitate communication with the client team and clients on material changes impacting asset performance.

  • Collaborate with client facing teams and internal business groups to educate the field on specialty asset management capabilities, and support business development activities.

  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory processes and procedures.

  • Support and/or lead ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years hands on experience working with fiduciary accounts and commercial real estate.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional client service

  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and with external clients

  • Skilled in multi-tasking and managing priorities effectively

  • Ability to identify and escalate issues

  • Team Player

  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and fast paced business and technology environment

  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization with the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.

Desired qualifications:

Knowledge of real estate and investment concepts preferred.

Knowledge and experience working with Fiduciary relationships and OCC regulations

BA/BS degree preferred.

Real Estate credentials (e.g. CCIM).
