Job Summary

, where you will be responsible for Maintenance on EBI Software and IT related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance on EBI Software and IT related system
  • Configuration of BMS, Access Control, Security, HVAC, Fire and Life Safety, CCTV and Digital Video, Airport Systems, Energy
  • Small to Medium project installations including managing Subcontractors.
  • Supervision of subcontractors, including the verification of the quality of the service works delivered, when subcontractors are used.
  • Oversee service project installations.
  • Estimates material costs and quantities and ordering parts.
  • Oversee ordering of parts
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients.
  • Ensuring delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers
  • Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as required or instructed by Team Leader.
  • Assist in the achievement of contract key performance indicators (KPIs) by organizing, categorizing and closing out jobs.

Daily Health and Safety Activities:

  • Carry out hazard and risk management for all tasks as per company policy and procedures.
  • Reporting near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement.

  • Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per site policy and procedures.
  • Ability to identify and implement safety improvements in the work place.
  • Complete pre-job risk assessments
  • Follow all customer and Honeywell HSE expectations
  • Complete all required training and procedure reviews
  • Report all injuries to management
  • Report all unsafe conditions and behaviors through SOS and take appropriate corrective action
  • Wear all required personal protective equipment
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional self management capability and process improvement skills
  • Strong technical skills and broad exposure to technical issues
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment with a mix of infrastructure, equipment and systems and a wide variety of client groups
  • Project management experience
  • Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as directed.
