Drive competitive intelligence assessments, to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential disruptions relevant to the business
Lead and maintain competitive teardowns and historical performance, ensuring there is a clear call to action for the business with limited guidance
Understand the multi-year dynamics of each of the businesses in the portfolio, with an emphasis in determining our growth potential in each business
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance, monitor progress towards strategic goals, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights for the business
Qualifications
4-6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking
Ability to quickly synthesize qualitative and quantitative market information, structure a concise and clear presentation of findings, and articulate recommendations to an executive audience
Analytical orientation, creativity in problem solving, and keen business judgment
Strong intellectual curiosity and deep desire to learn
Self-motivation and willingness to proactively pursue deeper understanding of our business
